Terms & Conditions

By using our service, you accept all of the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before booking.

Acceptance Notice

By Using Our Service, You Will Accept All the Below Terms & Conditions

    Right to Refuse Tuition

    The driving instructor reserves the right to refuse or terminate tuition at any time if the student displays misconduct, is unfit due to ill health, or is believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs (prescribed or illegal).

    Verbal Agreement

    Both parties enter into a binding verbal agreement once the services to be performed and the corresponding fee have been clearly agreed upon.

    Intensive Course Payments

    All payments for an intensive driving course must be made in full prior to the course commencing.

    Lesson Fees

    Lesson fees are payable at the start of each individual lesson unless the lessons are covered by a prepaid block booking.

  5. 5

    Refunds

    Any request to refund prepaid lessons must be submitted within 14 days from the date of payment. The refund will be calculated by charging the hours already taken at the current single-lesson rate, which will be deducted from the total block booking amount paid. No refunds will be issued after 14 days.

    Beginner Courses

    Beginner courses are provided for individuals with very little or no previous driving experience.

  7. 7

    Intensive Course Deposit

    Once a deposit is made for an intensive course, we will reserve a suitable vehicle and ensure the instructor is fully available to cover the hours booked, including the driving test period.

  8. 8

    Lesson Cancellations

    When cancelling a driving lesson, at least 48 hours' notice must be given.

  9. 9

    Intensive Course Cancellation

    If you choose to cancel an intensive course without prior notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

  10. 10

    Unforeseen Circumstances

    City Driving School cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of driving lessons due to instructor illness, adverse weather conditions, vehicle mechanical breakdown, or any other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will rebook your lesson at the earliest mutually convenient time.

  11. 11

    Confidentiality of Materials

    Sharing of instructor notes, training materials, or other proprietary resources belonging to City Driving School is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

  12. 12

    Vehicle Safety

    All instructors ensure that their vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and fully insured for all lessons, courses, and the driving test itself. All vehicles are fitted with dual controls and at least one rear-facing interior mirror for safety.

  13. 13

    Intellectual Property

    All materials provided on this website or directly to learners may not be copied, duplicated, paraphrased, or distributed without our prior written permission.

  14. 14

    Prohibited Substances

    Smoking and the use of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited during driving lessons.

  15. 15

    Electronic Devices

    The use of electronic gadgets is completely forbidden while driving.

  16. 16

    Breach of Terms

    In the event that these terms and conditions are not followed, we reserve the right to cancel the contract with immediate effect.
